Instagram, with over 400 million active users, empowers people to connect, influence, and create original content. It's a diverse global community fostering brand growth and global connections.
To create visually engaging Instagram stories using 3D assets, like emojis and symbols, to not only promote Instagram but also captivate Millennials, Gen Z, and prospective users in a fun and straightforward manner.
Ever since the onset of the pandemic, there has been a noticeable surge in the use of this social media networking site. As a result, it has become second nature for most of us to unknowingly reach out to our phones to check new posts or stories from our favourite people. Once logged in, we lose track of time, keep scrolling through the ‘FYP’ and drown in the plethora of content accessible to us.
The basic idea behind the concept for this project is ‘in our own virtual world’ - derived from the idiom ‘in our own world’ which implies spending a lot of time thinking and focusing on a particular thing of interest.
After some refining, the final concept was titled ‘A look inside our own virtual world’.
The creative journey began with sketching out the initial concept, followed by several iterations to craft the ideal storyline for the advertisement. These sketches then underwent a digital transformation as they were translated from paper to software. Using 3DS Max, each 3D model was meticulously created before being seamlessly integrated to form a cohesive composition.
Upon achieving a composition that met my satisfaction, cameras were strategically placed to capture various angles and perspectives for rendering. Subsequently, all scenes were meticulously rendered, and the final touches were applied using Premiere Pro to bring the project to life.
